This small family-run country guesthouse is located halfway between the beaches of Follonica and the town of Massa Marittima and is ideal for all who are in search of tranquility and relaxation. The property is located on a top of a small hill surrounded by
Organic vineyards, olive groves and wide valley.
The guesthouse is spread over 3 buildings: Villa for up to 9 people ( one group) and 2 small dependance divided into 5 small apartments. At guests' disposal : large swimming pool (6 x 12 m), situated in the midst of a wonderful pine forest that acts as a relaxation area where you can read a book and take shelter from the sun, windy and cool even in the hottest summer days. All guests have access to a private outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs for eating outside, shaded area and parking place. In any outdoor area will be surrounded only by countryside, peace and tranquility. You can find the contact with nature , with unspoiled countryside. The feeling will be to living in peace in your holiday-home. However, you will not feel isolated , in only 10 minutes by car you will be on the beautiful sandy beaches of Follonica and within 5 minutes you can spend a nice evening in the Dome Square of Massa Marittima , full of clubs, bars , restaurants of all kinds.
The owner, who is of noble descent, produces house wines and DOC wines, olive oil and honey.
