The holiday apartment Uesbach is located in the small hamlet of Furth, between Koblenz (at 60 km) and Trier (at 70 km). You are staying in the beautiful Ueßbachdal, just outside of Ulmen and at 20 km to the north-west of the popular town of Cochem. Children will have lots of fun at the river, on the playground and in the surrounding meadows. Nearby you will find the Ulmen Crater Lake where you can fish and rent a boat. This is one of the lakes that are quite typical of the volcanic Eifel. The Eifel is such an attractive holiday area, because it is really quiet here, but at the same time you will find a variety of leisure activities, such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming and many other sports. There are many castles in the surrounding area to visit, of which Burg Eltz is the best preserved castle. Your accommodation is basic but very well looked after and tastefully decorated. You dispose of the entire top floor of a large detached house, with several bedrooms and a cosy living room from where you have access to your balcony where you can enjoy a relaxing view over the rolling hills.
