This restored rustic farmhouse is situated on a beautiful plot on the outskirts of Grasse. It's a peaceful and rural location in a residential area surrounded by olive groves. The terrace has an area of 40 m², from here you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and the olive trees. You can enjoy the shade of a large linden, you will find here a table, 6 chairs and 5 comfortable loungers as well.  The owner lives in another villa, he uses the swimming pool very rarely. The partially fenced area has an area of 5000 m² and has a bowling alley and table tennis. The fenced pool has a size of 4 x 9 m, depth is 1 to 1,70 m along with a parasol and 4 sun loungers.
