Mansion dating from 1853 situated in the so-called «golden triangle», Avignon (25 km), Pont-du-Gard (17 km) and Orange (21 km) on a 3 ha property and nestled between vineyards and cherry trees. The house covers 600m2: the owners lives on the first floor and on the ground floor you'll find two cozy cottages. Next to the house you will find the communal pool and a terrace with comfortable sun beds. The gîtes have obviously both a private access. The estate is a true haven of peace, located at the crossroads of tourist attractions of Provence and Languedoc. Off the main road it provides a tranquil setting so you can enjoy your holiday in safety and comfort. In the immediate surroundings you'll find several relics and ruins of Gallo-Roman settlements and even the remains of an ancient spa to visit. The region is renowned for its good Côte du Rhône wines. In early springtime the cherry trees on the estate are in full bloom and later on, in May, you can pick the cherries directly of the trees! Gîte Le Fraisier: The cottage is suitable for 2 people (baby) and on request it may be possible to make use of the sofa bed for 2 extra people. Interior: Spacious living room with sofa bed (extra bed for 2 persons) and a fully equipped kitchenette. One bedroom with two beds 1 pers (0.90), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Exterior: Each Gite has its own furnished outdoor terrace. Barbecue facilities are also at your disposal. You can enjoy alfresco meals or simply gaze at the heavens and marvel at the number of stars there are in the unpolluted, clear night sky, sipping a glass of your most recently purchased wine. A swimming pool shared with the other gîte. At the pool you will find several sunbeds and lounge chairs.
