Soustons is situated in the Landes department (Aquitaine region) in the south-west part of France, 68 km from Mont-de-Marsan, the department capital. The apartments and little houses are spread over a 5-hectare complex, 500 meters from a salt water lake and 1700 meters from the ocean. They are grouped around a huge swimming pool. The center of the resort and all shops are just 1.5 km away. A car is absolutely necessary.
All apartments, ranging from a studio apartment with cabine for 2/3 persons to a 4-room apartment for 8 persons, are fully-equipped: kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplates in the small houses, a microwave and dishwasher), shower, most with separate toilet and a television (for a fee).
