This is a bright attic with 4 terraces near the sea. It has 110 m2 and capacity for 6 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a trundle bed. There is one bathroom. The living-dining room has a comfy sofa-bed where can sleep two extra people, satellite TV and a warm/cold AC device that will warm up or refresh the whole apartment. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 furnished terraces decorated with plants that might need watering. You will have beautiful views to the pool, the mountains and the beach. From the living room, the kitchen and from one of the rooms you will have access to some of the terraces. The beautiful communal pool has 220 m2 and an area for kids. It is surrounded by a lawn area and fruit trees where the kids will find the perfect place to play. There is also a little playground and a paddle court. This apartment has a parking area. The area of Las Marinas is famous for its awesome sandy beach and its facilities and services around: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Denia has a great leisure offer: shopping areas, cultural activities, sports, local celebrations or its castle from the twelfth century. There are also very good restaurants and bars! If you are a sport lover, you will be able to practice snorkel, sailing, parasailing, and trekking in the Natural Park of Mongó (8 km), tennis or golf in La Sella.
