Bright apartment located in a residential area of the quiet coastal village of Calpe. The property has mountain views and it can accommodate 5 people plus 2 additional spaces. This fantastic apartment, divided into 2 floors, has a chlorine 15x8m and 1.8m depth pool. It also has 1 children's pool and 1 outdoor shower. The communal fenced area has a paved surface comprising an area of 160m2 and it has access to several loungers. The furnished 20m2 terrace available in the apartment is the perfect place to relax and enjoy lunch and dinner with family and friends, while admiring the mountains views. In the terrace there are 2 loungers for you to sunbathe with partial privacy. In the communal area you have access to a covered parking spot for your vehicle. Sit back and relax watching TV or reading a book in the bright living room with air conditioning. The propertyâs kitchen has everything you need to unleash your imagination preparing delicious dishes, including a mixed stove (electric and gas at a time). The property has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. In full, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and one with 1 single bed; all with 1 radiator, and 1 wardrobe. At the same time, you have access to 2 additional spaces (free of charge) located in the trundle bed you will find in the living room area, 1 crib for younger kids, and with 4 radiators for colder months. The house has 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and 1 washroom. Calpe area is great to enjoy the water and its beautiful surroundings. Some of the activities that we recommend are the Rock D'Ifach tour (which is essential), suitable for all audiences (at least in its first stage, the remaining stages are recommended for people who are fit, but they are worth it as the views from the top are beautiful); and the Baths of the Queen (small swimming pools, interconnected with themselves and with the sea). Around the port, there are all kinds of bars and restaurants where you can taste the fresh fish that arrives every evening. There is a market in these areas almost every day, there is always one in the evening. And of course, you have access to the beautiful coves, where you will be able to enjoy the good weather, in Calpe. NOTE: We cannot accept guests under 26 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Events cannot be held in the property. Pets are not allowed in the property.
