Welcome this romantic cottage is located in the middle of Serra de Tramuntana, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Mallorca. Relax seekers, sports enthusiasts will find your personal piece of paradise. This cosy, two story house with a size of 170 m2 is ideal for families and groups of friends who appreciate peace and privacy. A total of four bedrooms are available, two of which are equipped with a double bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are two bathrooms with bath and a separate toilet. Upon entering the house the cosy rustic atmosphere is felt. The living room with its modern sofa is the perfect place to read a good book, surf the internet (WIFI), or to take a nap. The kitchen is fully equipped. We supply fans on request. In winter, you will not get cold thanks to the central heating. The beautiful porch with the adjacent natural garden is a green oasis of peace with various plants and trees. The adjoining chill-out zone promises relaxing hours and invites you to the stylish rattan sofas. There is a barbeque as well! The property is in a village, there are direct neighbours, but you wonât feel disturbed, as the land is perfectly protected from the outside. You will find space to park 2 cars. If you arrive with more than two cars can park for free on the street in front of the house. There is no covered parking or garage. The area around the house and the place itself are breathtakingly beautiful. Valldemossa is one in the west of the island's most famous and most beautiful villages of Mallorca. The place is surrounded by the mountain range of Serra de Tramuntana, which was declared by UNESCO in 2011 as a World Heritage Site. The village with its narrow cobbled streets you will certainly enchant you. The facades of the typical Majorcan houses are decorated by the locals with various flower pots, giving the place an added attraction. Valldemossa tells its own story and is mainly known for its church. The locals call this sacred building Cartoixa . However, it was formerly the first palace built by the Catalan kings. During the 19th century, the famous musician Frédéric Chopin lived in Valldemossa, to recover from tuberculosis disease. His wife, George Sand, accompanied him. In the 20th and 21st century, the quiet village was discovered by other celebrities. Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta -Jones own a house not far from Valldemossa. In the culinary world Valldemossa is famous for its Coques de patata. It is pastry made from potato, which is dipped in hot chocolate sauce. Try it for breakfast in one of the little terraces in town! In the area there are also some lovely rocky and pebbly beaches and bays with crystal clear water. A few examples would be: Port de Valldemossa, Port of Canonge, Cala Deia and Llucalcari. If you prefer sandy beaches, you can reach the sandy bays of Palma is just 20 minutes by car. Near Valldemossa you can practice sports like diving fishing, cycling, hiking, tennis, mountaineering, horse riding or golf! Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
