Villa Valencan is a lovely newly built holiday house for 6-8 persons located in the village Betiga on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, just 1.3 kilometrs from a nice pebble beach. Betiga is a village which is significantly growing every year, mainly thanx to a lots of new holiday houses which have been built in the past 7-8 years or are still in construction. The Villa Valencan is also a brand new house hich has been built in the year 2013, and which will host its first guests in the summer 2013. The house is furnished with new and modern furniture and it is locatetd on its own closed ground of 300 m2 offering to its guests a swimming pool, covered terrace with barbecue, children's swing and two private parking places. Villa for 6-8 persons with living area from 120 m2 + 17 m2 covered terrace. The house consists of three two-person's bedrooms with air-conditioner, satellite TV and shower/toilet, two of them with french bed and one with single beds, living/dining room with kitchen with a two-person's sleeping couch and exit to the terrace, sparate toilet with washing machine. The covered terrace with barbcue and sittting set is facing the swimming pool.
