Villa Arta is located on the edge of the village Kastelir with panoramic view to the sea and the olive groves in the area, approx. 10 km from Porec and 5 km from the beaches away. The house was built in 2012 in rustical style and furnished with attractive furniture and is situated on its own property of 600 m2. On enclosed property the guests of Villa Arta have on their disposal a swimming pool of 24 m2 with sun chairs, covered terrace with sitting place, barbecue fireplace and two private parking spaces. Villa with swimming pool for 6 persons with a total living area of 180 m2 on three floor. The basement has a beautiful konoba (tavern) with big dining table and fireplace. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double bed and two of them have exit to a spacious terrace, shower/toilet in the hall.
