Over Paradiso

The holiday home Paradiso is a fantastic villa with indoor pool near Durbuy (at 7 km), which is the smallest town in the world. The villa is located on a secluded area of 2500 square metres in the village of Somme-Leuze. The area is not only suitable for enjoying the nice and relaxing views from your terrace, but this is also an ideal area for mountain bikers, hikers and lovers of other outdoor sports. There is a wealth of leisure activities for the whole family. Durbuy with its narrow streets and nice restaurants, La Roche with its imposing castle ruins, Dinant and its fortress, from where you can overlook the Meuse Valley, farmers golf in the hamlet of Moressée, the Chevetogne-site with 12 playgrounds, the menhirs and dolmens in Weris, the caves of Han ... all this is accessible within half an hour's drive. However, your house is so luxurious and comfortable that you may not even feel like leaving it. Surely you will have lots of fun in the pool (8 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.50 m) with your whole family. In the play room under the roof there is a table football and from spring 2015 there will be air hockey and other games. The living room is cosy and wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen is hyper-modern. Due to the cooking island with bar stools the kitchen also invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in company while cooking. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each one with en suite bathroom. Furthermore, ther is a large children's bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeping a total of four) and an additional bed in the bed box. Just a few steps away from the house you will find the car park, where 3 to 4 cars can be parked. The Villa Paradiso is a nice place for a weekend with the family or with friends. Student parties, stag parties and youth groups are absolutely not permitted here. This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee. Groupes of youngsters under 30 years are not allowed.
