This castle is also the castle Le Clos du Prince but with an additional adjoining pavilion sleeping an etra 24 persons. It is located at 1.5 km outside of Grandpré on a private estate of 86.5 acres in the French Ardennes at about 55 km to the south of Sedan and at 70 km from the Belgian border. This is an ideal starting point for a visit to Verdun, the fortified town of Sedan, or the first vineyards of the Champagne Region. You will be staying in a perfectly quiet location, on the edge of vast forests and with your own private lake. The castle is atmospherically furnished, partly with antique furniture. It is ideal for events and private functions, such as weddings. You dispose of a professional kitchen with slicer, 8 hot plates, deep fryer, griddle, oven and dishwasher. Behind the dining room there are two more rooms that offer an additional space of 1,940 ft² in total, where at least 80 persons can eat, drink and dance. In the basement, there are about a dozen showers which are accessible from inside and outside the house. The castle also disposes of a fenced private pool, which is open in July and August. Besides the main building, you also dispose of a simple wooden pavilion with 9 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and sanitary facilities, which can accommodate up to 24 persons.
