Holiday home Zuhäusl is located at 1,5 km from the village of Mandling. This village is located at 9 km east of Radstadt and 10 km west of Schladming, where it looks out over the Dachstein mountains. The beautiful surroundings in this part of the Styria region makes a perfect spot for a holiday home like Warter-Hof., the area is perfect for hiking and enjoying nature, peace and quiet. In Pichl, at 2,5 kms, a large lake offers great swimming, and the area is ideal to practise a variety of sports, like rafting, mountain biking and paragliding. This neat and atmospheric apartment is situated on the whole first floor of this detached house. The first bedroom is the passage to the second bedroom. There is a balcony with a magnificent view. On the ground floor Mr Warter, the frienly owner, has set up his own 'Schnaps' brewery'. Of course guests are invited to take a look and/or taste the Schnaps. The holiday home is part of the farm of the Warter family, who also manage the holiday homes A-8974/1A+B. The owners offer breakfast possibilities to their guests, to be arranged on the spot at an extra charge. The sauna, including lounge beds and a massage shower, can also be used for a small fee. One can go fishing in the fishpond, and even have the freshly caught fish for dinner, if you're lucky catching any. Children will also enjoy their stay here, as they are allowed to play in the hay-shed, caress the rabbits and sheep or ride one of the two owners' horses.
